Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 3, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Camox collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Camox website, applications, and related services.

Information we collect. We collect account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier; authentication and session information; technical information such as IP address, browser, and device data; and the projects, page content, files, and other information you choose to submit to Camox.

Google account data. When you choose Sign in with Google, Camox accesses the basic account information you authorize Google to provide, such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We store this information and the authentication tokens needed to create your Camox account, authenticate you, maintain your session, and protect account security. Camox does not access Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, contacts, or other Google product content through this sign-in flow.

How we use information. We use information to provide and operate Camox, authenticate users, manage accounts and projects, process user requests, secure and troubleshoot the service, communicate about the service, comply with law, and improve user-facing Camox features.

Google API Limited Use. Use and transfer by Camox of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features. It is not sold, used for advertising, used to determine creditworthiness, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

How we share information. We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may share information with service providers that host, secure, support, or operate Camox on our behalf; when required by law or legal process; or when necessary to protect users, Camox, or the public. Service providers may use the information only to perform services for Camox and must protect it appropriately.

Storage and security. Camox uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted network connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion. We retain information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing remidejuvigny@gmail.com. We will delete or anonymize information unless retention is required by law or for legitimate security and compliance purposes.

Your choices. You can disconnect Camox from your Google Account permissions page at any time. Revoking Google access stops future access but does not automatically delete information already stored in your Camox account. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.

Cookies and sessions. Camox uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, maintain sessions, remember settings, and protect the service.

Children. Camox is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and contact. We may update this Privacy Policy as Camox evolves. We will reflect material changes by updating the effective date. For privacy questions or requests, email remidejuvigny@gmail.com.
